Middle EastKhansaheb Sykes are pleased to announce sales of some of the first SUPER SILENT dewatering pumps within the Middle East.
Whilst most customers in the region are focused on rapid dewatering solutions alone, some customers also require additional expertise and technology. In this case, specialist pumps from Khansaheb Sykes were needed to deliver high performance pumping whilst also maintaining minimal audible noise levels (to avoid disturbing local residents).
Khansaheb Sykes was able to draw upon the large and comprehensive Sykes Pumps range to deliver this solution.
This consisted of: –
– 2 x 12” Super Silenced Dewatering Pumps, pumping performance consists of
(Max Head 20m, Max Flow 1400m3/h and Max Solid Material 120mm)
– 2 x 8” Super Silenced Dewatering Pumps, pumping performance consists of
(Max Head 43m, Max Flow 161 l/s and Max Solid Material of 75mm)
– 3 x 6” Super Silenced Dewatering Pumps, pumping performance consists of
(Max Head 38m, Max Flow 90l/s and Max Solid Material of 52mm)
To complete this pumping solution, a further selection of 3” and 4” Sewage Submersibles Pumps were also supplied together with a large quantity of Dewatering Accessories – bringing the total value of the order to over AED 1.5 Million.

Initially, these Silenced pumps will be on a sewage pumping application – fitted with automatic starter panels activated by a High/Low Level float systems (ensuring optimal pumping is always maintained).
