Purpose of Role
To support business development across the GCC region. Primarily the UAE and Saudi Arabia, by managing inbound and outbound sales activity, and executing local marketing initiatives in line with the Group’s wider strategy. The role will also coordinate closely with the UK Group Marketing Team to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Lead Management
- Manage and follow up all inbound sales leads from digital platforms, website enquiries, and regional campaigns across UAE and KSA.
- Conduct structured outbound cold calling to generate new business leads and reconnect with inactive clients across both markets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for all sales activities, lead progress, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the external sales teams in UAE and KSA to qualify and hand over leads and support deal conversion.
Marketing Execution & Coordination
- Liaise with the UK Group Marketing Team to implement approved campaigns tailored for GCC audiences.
- Identify, compile, and publish local case studies showcasing regional project successes.
- Arrange site visits (where required) to capture quality images and content for promotional use.
- Manage localised social media accounts and contribute region-specific content aligned with group branding.
- Monitor brand consistency across all customer touchpoints in the UAE and KSA.
Regional Communication & Reporting
- Provide monthly reporting on lead generation, sales conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and market insights across both countries.
- Manage, update, and maintain the Web Enquiry log, reporting the completed file on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with regional operations and sales teams to gather technical data, feedback, and customer success stories.
- Track competitor activity, customer feedback, and market trends relevant to each territory.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in internal sales, telesales, or marketing coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Familiar with CRM platforms, digital sales tools, and social media management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercially driven, with ability to work independently across multiple geographies.
- Experience in the GCC region, particularly in UAE and KSA, is highly desirable.
- Background in industrial equipment hire, construction, or engineering services is preferred.
