Given the urgency of the situation, our dewatering experts visited the site location at the earliest and a deepwell system was suggested to the contractor. The depth of the excavation and not having any shoring system made it a challenging project.
The trench lengthened to a kilometer with a depth of 8 to 10 meters. After a careful inspection, our engineers installed 45 no of deep wells in a series, at an interval of 22 meters center to center.
As a safety measure, a 6 inch diesel driven sump pump was also installed to tackle with any seepage from the side of the trench. The job was completed successfully without any problems and the contractor thanked our instant service.
