The weather bureau of UAE has forecasted more heavy rains in the upcoming days, and have asked the vehicle drivers and road users to remain careful on the roads with the prevailing weather conditions in the Emirates. Heavy Rains have drowned many parts of Dubai & Sharjah and they are expected to continue.

The WP 150/60 pumps were ordered by our trading partner in Oman, Al Ansari Trading Enterprise LLC for a client in the government sector in Oman. The pumps were designed as per the client’s requirement for handling both clean and dirty water containing limited solids. read more

Specialist pumping solution for district cooling pipe flushing (Abu Dhabi)

Khansaheb Sykes were approached to provide a high flow flushing solution for the pipe network at a district cooling plant in Abu Dhabi.

Using a series of high pressure and high flow rate pumps available within the Khansaheb Sykes pump rental fleet a high flow rate of 2,500m3/h at a maximum working pressure of 8bar was achieved.

This was done through the combination of two Sykes UVO200/150F (D70) pumps (each capable of achieving up to 1100m3/h at 8 bar pressure) and one UVO150/100E pump (capable of a flow rate of up to 400m3/h at 8 bar pressure). read more
