Emergency Storm Rainwater Pumping from Khansaheb Sykes

An emergency pumping service was needed to support the Road Transport Authority to pump excess storm rainwater collecting on Emirates Road.

After the high rainfall storm event this water hazard was a threat to public safety and caused traffic to slow to unacceptable levels.

Khansaheb Sykes immediately supplied two Sykes self-priming GP150 pumps to assist the Sharjah Municipality’s 12” pumps that could not keep up alone with the increasing rainfall collecting on the Emirates Road.
